How to send a takedown notice

Email dmca@your-domain.example (or write to our designated agent below) with all of the following:

• Your name, address, phone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• The link(s) on UBIJANG to the content you want removed (for example the series or chapter page).
• This statement: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
• This statement: “The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is fine).

What happens next

• We review the notice and, if it is complete, remove or disable the content.
• We let the person who posted it know, and share a copy of the notice with them.
• Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content are closed.

If your content was removed by mistake (counter-notice)

If you believe your content was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, send us a counter-notice with:

• Your name, address, phone number and email address.
• The content that was removed and where it appeared.
• This statement: “Under penalty of perjury, I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where UBIJANG may be found), and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
