Terms of Service

1. Who can use UBIJANG

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Series marked Mature (18+) can only be opened by users who are 18 or older, based on the date of birth on their account. Giving a false date of birth breaks these terms.
• You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password safe.

2. Creators own their work

If you publish a series, chapters, cover art or any other creative work on UBIJANG, you keep all of your copyright and other rights in it. UBIJANG does not own your comics.

3. The license you give UBIJANG to host your work

So that we can run the service, when you upload or publish content you give UBIJANG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and distribute that content on UBIJANG (the website and apps), and to:

• resize, compress and split your images into pieces so chapters load and scroll smoothly (we do not change your artwork itself);
• make thumbnails and previews, and show your series in places like the homepage, featured banner, categories, rankings, search, read lists and profiles;
• let readers view, like, rate, comment on, subscribe to and share links to your work on the platform.

4. When the license ends

This license ends when you delete the content or your account. We then remove it from the service within a reasonable time. Copies may remain for a short period in backups, or where other people already shared a link, but we will not keep displaying it.

The license does not let UBIJANG sell your work, print it, license it to anyone else, or use it in ads outside the platform without asking you first.

5. What creators promise

• You own the content you upload or have permission to post it (including any characters, art or music that belong to someone else).
• Your content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
• You mark a series as Mature (18+) if it contains graphic violence, sexual content or other adult themes.
• Drafts and scheduled chapters are private to you until they go live; you choose when they are published.

6. Things you may not do

• Post content that is illegal, sexualizes minors, or depicts real people sexually without consent.
• Harass, threaten, or post hate speech against people.
• Post spam, scams, malware, or impersonate someone else.
• Upload other people’s work as your own.
• Try to break, overload, or get around the security or age checks of the service.

7. Community, comments and reports

You own what you write in comments, posts and read lists, and you give us the same kind of license to display it on the platform. Anyone can report comments or posts they think break these rules. Our admins review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Series creators can also remove comments on their own series, and channel owners can remove posts in their channels.

8. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe something on UBIJANG infringes your copyright, follow the steps on our DMCA page. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

9. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Edit profile. This permanently removes your account and the content you created, including your series and chapters. We may also suspend or delete accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

10. The service is provided “as is”

UBIJANG is free and provided as is, without warranties. We do our best to keep it running and your content safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, UBIJANG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
